Craig returned my call within 24 hours, came to the house within a few days, called me back with an estimate, it was within our budget, we asked him to come out again b/f we hired him to walk through exactly what we wanted done, he came out that night, spent time going through all the details and budget with us and how his process would work. We hired him that night, he was able to have his crew start the following week. The job included fall clean-up and remulching and cutting of all of our beds, pruning & trimming trees & shrubs, planting shrubs & flowers, building a new bed, power washing our stone patio and resanding the lines, re-doing the box around our swingset with a rubber boarder & removing all debris. Wow! Our landscaping has never looked so nice!! Craig and his crew did an amazing job. They were polite, punctual, clean, organized detail oriented and stayed on budget (both time and money). Everything was done to our asking. I was not able to be home the night they finished and there was one small thing that I had not addressed and asked Craig the next morning if there was any way that they could address it… it was done the next day!! Craig asked for a deposit for the materials upfront. He did not collect the balance until the job was finished to our liking. We previously paid a landscaper the balance of the job the morning that the job was supposed to be finished… they did not finished, said they would come back and we have never seen them again, nor do they return our calls. Soccio *** We have been using Allen's Landscapes since we moved to Lawrenceville about 10 years ago. During the spring, summer and fall, Allen's Landscapes weeds and mulches our beds and maintains the very large lawn on a weekly basis. They are timely, professional and do an awesome job! We've done some work in our backyard that requires a retaining wall and rerouting of drainage pipes. Allen's Landscapes is currently helping us with that! From start to finish, Craig and his team are fabulous! They are reliable and show up when they tell they're going to show up (which I think is so important), honest with where you'll have to spend money (so there won't be too many surprises) and do a complete and professional job! *** I hired Allen's Landscapes to do some Fall cleanup work around my yard. Craig was very professional, discussed my situation on the phone and then paid me a visit to look over the work to be done. I'm on a limited budget so we agreed that I would use his services one half-day each month throughout the Fall and then bring them back in the Spring. He sent over a two-man crew on the day I requested, and they worked very hard and got a lot done. We're not finished yet, but I'm inspired to do some of the work myself while I wait until next month when I can have them return to do some more of the bigger chores. I only wish I could have them come and do everything on my wish list, but we're just getting started around here, and I need to practice some patience. D. Benson **** We have 6 pop-up drains installed on the down spouts of our house to bring the run-off water away from the house. He power washed the entire house. We also had our brick front walkway and back blue stone porch fixed. Craig is very good at responding to customers over email and phone. He is punctual and thorough.
